ASRC's professional catering team comprises ASRC asylum seeker members led by an experienced group of mentor chefs. Through this model, ASRC provides pathways to further employment for people seeking asylum through education, training and hands-on work experience.

ASRC's kitchen team are supported by an amazing operations and events team with years of corporate event management and hospitality experience to help customers create a menu and event to suit their budget and needs.

ASRC food is 100% vegetarian, with plenty of choice for vegans and people with dietary requirements.

The extensive menu reflects the rich and diverse cultures of the people who are seeking safety and rebuilding their lives here in Australia. These are expressed in the modern interpretation of classic flavours from Africa, the Middle East, India, Pacific Islands and Asia.
