Dog Friendly Accommodation at The Hamptons Apartments Melbourne
Make your Melbourne stay feel more like home by bringing your dog with you. Corporate Keys offers pet-friendly stays in selected apartments at The Hamptons, subject to availability and approval.
Whether you are moving to Melbourne, between homes, travelling on an extended work assignment or simply need furnished accommodation for a longer stay, having your dog with you can make a significant difference.
Selected The Hamptons Apartments managed by Corporate Keys can accommodate approved small to medium-sized dogs. Pet stays must always be arranged with us in advance and are assessed individually to ensure both the apartment and pet are suitable.
The price for pet-friendly accommodation is confirmed individually when you enquire. Guests must also accept Corporate Keys' Pet Friendly Terms and Conditions before bringing a pet into the apartment. Any damage or additional cleaning attributable to a pet remains the guest's responsibility and may be deducted from the applicable bond.
Staying at The Hamptons With Your Dog
To help ensure a comfortable stay for you, your pet and other residents:
- Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea treatment and worming.
- All dogs must be spayed or desexed.
- We generally accept small to medium-sized dogs only, as larger breeds may not be suitable for apartment accommodation.
- Please ensure your dog's nails are trimmed before arrival to minimise the risk of scratching floors and furnishings.
- Dogs should be brushed and groomed to minimise shedding inside the apartment.
- Dogs left in the apartment must remain settled and must not disturb neighbours through ongoing barking or other excessive noise.
- Pet bedding is not supplied, so please bring your dog's own bed and any sheets or furniture protection required.
- Guests must provide separate food and water bowls for their dog.
- Dogs must be taken off the premises for toileting, with owners responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
Important Pet Restrictions
Cats are not accepted at participating properties. Restricted breeds and dogs that have been officially declared dangerous, menacing, regulated or otherwise prohibited by a government or council authority cannot be accommodated.
Where additional cleaning is required due to pet hair, odours, urine, fleas or other pet-related issues, additional cleaning charges may be payable. Appropriate flea and tick prevention is strongly recommended.
