Oliver’s Taranga Vineyard, located in McLaren Vale, dates back six generations and 180 years of family grape growing. Described by WBM Magazine as a “legend in the making” winemaker and director, Corrina Wright, is part of an Australian grape-growing dynasty. She is now treading her own path through the vines planted by her ancestors. Corrina has teamed up with The Barre’s Senior Chef de Partie Cecilia Salvante who has created a menu perfectly paired with Oliver’s Taranga wines.
Pairings include pan-fried pork fillet with cauliflower and cheddar puree, ravigote sauce and black garlic silverbeet, served with 2016 Oliver’s Taranga HJ Shiraz. Corrina will share her expert knowledge and passion for Oliver’s Taranga wines during this Sunday feast perfectly pairing wine and plate.
