At Pastuso, they love Ceviche so much, so they have decided to offer this special all week long for diners to come in and try.
The exciting dish, 'Ceviche de Conchas' includes delicate Shark Bay scallops, braised daikon, smoked dashi and aji limo paste ($22). A dish full of flavour, inspired by the Nikkei style of cooking where Peruvian flavours combine with Japanese tastes and cooking techniques.
