Abbotsford Convent is home to over 150 creatives, makers and crafters of many kinds, transforming our heritage site into a bustling hub of artistic activity.
From handcrafted jewellery and screen printed homewares, to ceramics, fashion and so much more, countless works of art are crafted right here every day.
This December, browse wares by the Convent's creative community at the annual Convent Made pop-up shop. All proceeds go directly towards supporting Convent-based artists. To be held in the Convent’s St Heliers Street Gallery from Thursday 5 December – Sunday 22 December, the annual pop-up is your opportunity to browse handmade treasures by the Convent's creative community all in one place.
If you can not get along to the pop-up shop, do not fret. Many of the makers and creatives have regular opening hours, events, workshops or market stalls, while others will happily open their doors by appointment.
Shop local, buy handmade, and support independent arts and creative practice.
