Very very good place to stay. The property was secure and parking was in a locked up facility. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was perfect for using the ferry to Tasmania and the tram to town was a short walk away. The neighbourhood had many dining venues in walking distance as well.

Very nice. Their responses to email were very fast. They accommodated us early, as per my request. Staff (Vanessa) was very helpful the whole time we were there. Place has enough space, good light and very new and clean. It’s near the waters which has an amazing sunset. The facility and the service were beyond my expectations. Have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed, always enjoyable. Location was perfect for picking my son up from the Spirit of Tasmania boat, close to eating facilities and a Coles which is nice, hot water was really hot and nice for shower and for doing the dishes - in Adelaide the hot water is restricted to 50-degrees maximum. The light decor and paint colour gives an airy feel to the rooms.

Great facilty, great staff, great view! The Hamptons Apartments were a home-run! They were perfectly located to central Port Melbourne and all the amenities offered there. The complimentary toiletries were high quality. The condiments left for tea and coffee were great. The rooms very nicely appointed- linens lovely, furniture in good condition. AND... the view was very nice. I would highly recommend this property. The woman who checked us in, Emily, must be commended. We felt she went above and beyond to accomodate us and orientate us to the facilty, specifically the parking garage. Additionally, she was a delighful personality and a great representative for the company. She should get recognition and extra compensation for a job brilliantly done.

Staff were extremely accommodating, I had a late arrival into Melbourne but yet there was a staff member on call who I was able to contact to get my keys. The apartments are really clean and very well set up. TV's have full Foxtel package, with internet access, netflix and youtube. Kitchen set up was ideal for anyone who wanted to eat in.

She treated me with the utmost care and respect. Excellent communication skills & down to earth yet professional. After a busy run she was attentive and accommodating - I could not fault her. The rooms are stunning. I was able to park out back in a stacker, guided by lovely Emily and walk straight in to reception to the lift. Too easy! She was the highlight of my stay.

Absolutely gorgeous young lady on reception, extremely helpful, car park is cool and the apartment is beautiful. Loved it! Our unit in Hamptons Apartments at St. Kilda was spotless and beautiful with a great view. The interior design was absolutely phenomenal and modern. The location was the best since it was in a quite neighborhood with a reasonable distance from the Melbourne CBD. All the amenities are in walking distance away from the place. On top of all that is the most friendly and nice staff who make your stay like home. My wife and I really appreciate the service and will definitely consider staying at Hamptons Apartment in our next trip to Melbourne.

These apartments have been really nicely done, with big comfortable beds, quality linen and furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very helpful customer service whenever we had any questions or minor issues. A nice temporary home for us for a couple of months after emigrating back to Australia after many years in the UK. Underground parking and weekly cleaning nice extras. There is a tram outside the front door or train station 10 minutes walk away, offering a short ride to the city, and all that Malvern, Armadale and the surrounding suburbs have to offer in the way of nice shops, cafes, restaurants etc just around the corner. I would happily recommend these apartments for either a short holiday stay or longer term.

The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped, everything we needed. The swimming-pool and jaccuzi space was surprising and very pleasant. A supermarket next to it, as well as a tram stop to go straight to Flinders. We appreciated to walk in the park of The Shrine of Remembrance almost every morning.

The first location is closer to Monash University's Clayton campus. Walking up to the school, the 703 or 737 bus is also very close. The decoration of the room is simple and generous, and the interior furnishings are well organized. In addition to the more comprehensive kitchenware and cutlery, laundry, drying and ironing facilities are also available. Upstairs room storage space is well thought out and suitable for families. We stayed on July 16th, and the two gentlemen who received the reception at the front desk gave us a good first impression.

The property was well situated, easy walking to all public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. The property was very comfortable and met all our needs. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were very adequate. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Modern, well-equipped, and clean. The property is really new and they had everything you can think of and more for a home away from home. The interior was very stylish, modern and very clean. Couldn't have asked for more. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly and reception was more than accommodating with my request, I thought that Dillon had fantastic customer service. Thanks for an excellent stay during my family's trying circumstances.
